1. No obstruction under vehicle
2. Check right front door:
- Door open and lock
- Window winds up and down
- Check safety belt
3. Check windscreen and license disc
4. Check wiper blade, leave upward
5. Wheel check (right front)
- Pressure
- Threads
- No Damage
- Nuts tight
6. Front of vehicle
- Bumper secure
- Number plate secure
- Lights undamaged
7. Inside engine compartment
- Oil level OK
- Water OK
- Brake fluid OK
- Fan belt OK
8. Front left wheel same as front right
9. Check windscreen and left wiper blade and leave upward
10. Check left front door same as right
11. Fuel cap secure
12. Check left back tyre same as front left
13. Back of vehicle
- Lights OK
- Number plate OK
- Bumper OK and secure
- Exhaust OK
14. In booth
- Spare wheel
- Wheel spanner
- Jack
15. Inside inspection
- Hand brake up
- Gear in neutral
- No obstruction on dash board
- No obstruction on floor
- Seat adjusted
- Mirrors adjusted
- All doors locked
16. Operate the following with the ignition on
- Indicators left and right
- Park lights, horn, head lights
- Bright lights
